1. Acceptance and provider
These terms apply when you use byte-pathcore.digital or book a consultation with Byte Pathcore, Level 8, 46 Kaiserstraße, Frankfurt am Main 60311. By confirming a paid engagement, you accept the version supplied with the booking. Website browsing alone does not create a consultancy relationship.
2. Nature and scope
Byte Pathcore provides informational assessment of proposed internship and trainee agreements and preparation for employer questions. The confirmed scope states the document, appointment length and deliverable. We are not a law firm and do not provide court representation, binding legal opinions, tax advice, immigration advice or negotiation with an employer.
You must provide complete, legible and accurate materials by the agreed deadline and tell us about signing dates. We may decline or stop work where a conflict, missing document, inappropriate request or required regulated expertise prevents responsible delivery.
3. Booking, fees and performance
Fees are quoted inclusive of applicable VAT and become due by the method stated in the booking confirmation. No payment is taken through this website. Appointment timing begins at the confirmed time; late arrival does not automatically extend it. Deliverables and response periods are estimates unless expressly agreed as fixed.
4. Client decisions
An assessment identifies wording, context and questions based on materials supplied. It does not guarantee that an employer will amend a clause, that an authority will adopt a classification or that a placement will produce a particular outcome. You remain responsible for signing, declining or seeking regulated advice.
5. Intellectual property
Byte Pathcore owns the website text, visual design, assessment formats and original written materials. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use your consultation note for your own employment decision and to share it privately with your adviser. You may not republish, sell or present our general materials as your own.
You retain rights in documents you provide and authorise us to use them only to perform the engagement and meet legal obligations.
6. Liability
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, liability for simple negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual duties and foreseeable, typical loss. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, or another liability that law does not permit us to limit.
We are not responsible for loss caused by incomplete materials, changed facts, reliance outside the stated scope, an employer’s action or third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement for good cause. Fees for work already performed and non-recoverable agreed costs remain payable, subject to statutory rights and our refund policy.
8. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany govern these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, without depriving consumers habitually resident elsewhere of mandatory protections applicable to them. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. We prefer that concerns first be sent to info@byte-pathcore.digital so they can be addressed directly.
9. Changes
We may update website terms prospectively. The terms supplied at booking continue to govern that engagement unless a lawful written change is agreed.
