Cancellation timeframe
You may cancel by emailing info@byte-pathcore.digital. A full refund is available when cancellation reaches us at least 48 hours before the appointment and document review has not begun. Where German consumer withdrawal rights apply, they remain unaffected; if you expressly ask us to begin during a withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for work performed before withdrawal.
Work already started
Agreement assessment includes advance reading. Once that reading begins, the completed proportion is non-refundable because the professional work cannot be returned. If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead after review has started, we deduct the reasonable value of reading already completed and refund the remainder.
After the consultation has taken place, the appointment portion is non-refundable. A concern about quality should be raised within 14 days so we can review the agreed scope and, where appropriate, correct or complete the written issue list.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. Later changes may be treated as a cancellation because the time cannot reliably be offered to another client.
If you do not attend and give no notice, the reserved appointment fee is non-refundable. We wait 15 minutes and send one contact message. A late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time, though we will cover the highest-priority clauses first.
Provider cancellation
If Byte Pathcore must cancel and no acceptable replacement appointment can be agreed, you receive a full refund, including any deposit. If technical failure on our side prevents a remote consultation, we first offer prompt rescheduling; you may instead request a refund for the undelivered portion.
Deposits and external costs
Where an individually quoted extended review requires a deposit, the quote states when it becomes non-refundable. No purchased materials are normally needed for agreement assessment. Any exceptional third-party cost must be approved by you in writing; an approved, non-recoverable cost is deducted from a refund only where it was actually incurred for your engagement.
How refunds are issued
Include your name, booking date and reason in the request; do not resend the agreement. We acknowledge refund requests within two German business days and decide them after checking work records. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Statutory rights and exceptional circumstances are considered even where the standard timeframes above have passed. This policy does not limit remedies available for a service that was not provided with reasonable care.
