Privacy notice

How Byte Pathcore handles personal data during employment consultations and agreement assessment in Germany.

Controller and contact

Byte Pathcore, Level 8, 46 Kaiserstraße, Frankfurt am Main 60311, is the controller for personal data described here. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@byte-pathcore.digital or made by phone at +49 69 5550 7580.

Data we process

When you make an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional preferred date, chosen consultation and message. After scope confirmation, engagement records may include contact details, billing information, the agreement and relevant schedules you choose to provide, consultation notes and correspondence. Please remove unnecessary passport, bank, health and third-party data.

Basic server logs may record IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps for security and delivery. Cookie preferences are stored in your own browser.

We process enquiry and engagement data to take steps at your request and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Accounting records are retained to meet legal duties (Article 6(1)(c)). Security logging, service administration and establishment or defence of claims rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted, rely on consent (Article 6(1)(a)); consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to Byte Pathcore personnel and necessary providers for hosting, secure document transfer, email, video meetings, accounting and professional support, under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

We prefer providers processing data in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision where available or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures where required. Contact us for information about the relevant safeguard.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation files and correspondence are generally retained for three years after the end of the engagement to address follow-up and claims, then deleted unless a dispute requires longer. Invoices and tax records are kept for statutory German retention periods, which may be up to ten years. Security logs are normally removed within 30 days.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority; for our Frankfurt establishment this is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

We do not use solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Security and updates

We use access controls, limited collection and secure transfer arrangements proportionate to the consultation. No internet transmission is risk-free. Do not send agreement files through the initial web form; wait for handover instructions.

We update this notice when processing changes and show the current wording on this page. See our cookie notice for browser-storage details.
