A 40-minute call and tailored checklist when the final agreement has not yet arrived.
All stated fees include German VAT where applicable. There is no recurring plan, and this site has no checkout. After checking scope and timing, we send booking and payment information separately.
When the fixed fee changes
Ask for an individual estimate if the agreement exceeds 20 pages, incorporates lengthy policies or contains more than one version that must be compared. We quote before work begins. A second employer’s agreement is a separate assessment because its duties, dates and exit terms need their own reading.
Translation, certified copies, negotiations, employer correspondence, immigration questions, tax calculations and representation are not included. If a request falls outside the practice, no assessment fee is charged merely for saying so.
Timing
The standard assessment needs the complete document two German business days before the appointment. Urgent availability is not guaranteed and we do not use deadline pressure to sell a booking. If the proposed signature date leaves too little reading time, we will explain what can responsibly be done.
