The core assessment
A 60-minute consultation combines a structured agreement review with a practical conversation about what to clarify before signing.
We examine whether the placement is voluntary or mandatory, how its educational purpose is described, and what that may mean for minimum wage and duration.
See the gross remuneration, overtime language, holiday allowance, working hours and any repayment terms together—not as isolated clauses.
Understand when the relationship can end, what happens during probation, and which post-contract restrictions deserve a question.
What you receive
Before the call, we read your agreement and the context you provide. During the session, we work through the clauses in order of consequence. Afterwards, you receive a written issue list with suggested questions for the employer or training provider.
View scope and exclusions →Not included: court representation, immigration advice, tax calculations or contacting an employer on your behalf.
Client perspective
“The review separated the university requirement from the employer’s extra clauses. I went back with three precise questions instead of a vague concern.”— Mara, mandatory internship in Hesse
“The written notes were more cautious than I expected, but that helped. I understood that the overtime wording needed clarification rather than a dramatic conclusion.”— Daniel, commercial trainee applicant
“We used most of the call on notice and repayment language. The pace was calm, and I left knowing which point mattered before signing.”— Leila, graduate programme in Berlin
